Lower Moreland hosted Academy of the New Church Wednesday afternoon. Lower Moreland lost a heart breaker 8-7 in the closing seconds of the game.

Goal scorers include Gina Zarzycki, Jen Katsnelson, Macy Morozin, while Yasmine Machlof and Paige Malpezzi each tallied 2 goals apiece. The girls have showed progress early in the season despite the cold weather. The Lions will look to get their first win of the season as they host Perkiomen School Friday at 3:45 in a varsity only contest.
