The Lower Moreland Lions girls soccer team defended the home turf defeating Upper Moreland 5-0 on Tuesday September 5th. Lower Moreland controlled the game early and took a 3-0 lead into the half. Miah Gomez had a Hat Trick to lead the Lady Lions. Nicole Castor and Brianna Costa netted one goal apiece as well. Three goalies, Celli Courduff, Jess Muransky and Melanie Goldstein, shared the shutout for Lower Moreland. The team will host Harry S. Truman High School on Thursday at 3:45.
